StacckApp

Privacy Policy

Last updated May 29, 2026

StacckApp (“we”, “us”) is built around a simple idea: your data should stay with you. This policy explains what information is and is not collected when you use the site, and how the small amount that is involved is handled.

Tools run in your browser

Almost every tool on StacckApp runs entirely on your device using client-side JavaScript. The text, files, images, and other input you paste or upload into a tool are processed locally in your browser and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers. When you close or reload the page, that data is gone.

Information we do not collect

We do not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email, or any other personal identifier to use the tools. We do not sell or rent personal information, because we do not collect it in the first place.

Local storage on your device

Some tools save small amounts of data in your browser’s localStorage so the site works the way you expect — for example, remembering your light/dark theme preference, or keeping your most recent input in a tool so it is still there if you reload. This data lives only on your device, is never sent to us, and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

Feedback you choose to send

If you use the feedback widget to send us a message, the text you submit — together with limited technical metadata such as the time of submission — is stored so we can read and act on it. Only send information you are comfortable sharing; please do not include sensitive personal data in feedback messages.

Server logs

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may automatically record standard technical request information (such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested) in server logs. These logs are used for security, debugging, and to keep the service running, and are not used to build profiles of individual users.

Advertising and cookies

StacckApp uses Google AdSense to display advertisements, which helps keep the tools free. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

Children’s privacy

StacckApp is a general-audience developer-tools site and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
