StacckApp

Terms of Service

Last updated May 29, 2026

These terms govern your use of StacckApp (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Use of the tools

StacckApp provides a collection of free, browser-based utilities for developers and other users. You may use the tools for lawful personal and commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, scrape it at a scale that degrades availability, or use it to process content you do not have the right to process.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we aim for correctness, we do not guarantee that any tool’s output is accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for verifying any results before relying on them, especially for financial, legal, security, or production use.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StacckApp and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.

Intellectual property

The StacckApp name, design, and original code are owned by us. Any content you input into a tool remains yours; we claim no ownership over it. See our Privacy Policy for how that content is handled.

Third-party services

The Service displays advertising through Google AdSense and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
